r/nattyorjuice PUBLIC
A place away from r/bodybuilding and r/steroids to discuss whether the people you post are, or have been, on some sort of juicy substance or not. We also answer the tough fitness questions that other subs don't, can't or won't. Why not make a throwaway, upload a pic of yourself and see if people think you are **natty or juice**. ***NOTE***: if the person you are submitting makes a living from their physique you can near guarantee that juice is involved.

Subreddit Rules
- Respect: Be respectful and civilised while posting on r/nattyorjuice. Repeated disregard may result in a permanent ban.
- Abhorrent comments such as "kys" will attract a permanent ban and other distasteful comments can also result in a permanent ban.
- Please do not disrespect the sub. This can result in an instant ban.
- Search the sidebar before posting: This sub has been diagnosing people for years and many people have been posted and discussed before ad nauseam. You may have burning questions about a person you think could be juicy, but you must first ask yourself if anyone else has previously ever wondered about them and search the sidebar for previous posts. If there are limited posts on the person or the consensus was unclear, feel free to ask again. Repeated posts asking if Jeff, Mike, Ronnie etc are natty or juice will be deleted.
- Shitposting or Spamming: (a) Bad posts will be deleted without a second thought. Too many bad posts or too much spam = ban. Before you post the spam in question, ask yourself, is it good enough to grace the esteemed pages of r/nattyorjuice? Because if it isn't, you may pay the penalty in extra ban time.
- (b) Check the page first before posting. If someone already posted the spam content you envisioned then you are at risk of getting banned for reposting even if it was seconds later. Also, posts like the chimp now=ban.
- Disgruntled ranters: This sub is to discuss whether someone could be on steroids or not. It is not a forum to harp on repeatedly how you hate the fact that a lot of people use or don't use juice or too many people are diagnosed juicy when you disagree. If you want to persistently harp on during a test-fueled rant, you can either see your psychologist for anger management or make your own sub and write a novel.
- Blatantly Juicy Images/Videos: Posting obvious juicers from Snapchat/Tiktok/Instagram/Youtube/etc may result in a ban. Multiple reposts of the same juicy snapchatter/Tiktoker/fitness influencer/etc will almost definitely result in a ban. How long will the ban be you may ask? Try it and see. In saying that however, if the person claims natty, this rule does not apply, as fake natties must be called out wherever they are found.
- Indecent images: Should go without saying, but don't post indecent or pornographic images that would offend. Permabans are on offer here. Read this also: https://www.reddithelp.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043513411
- Blatant or subtle posting of material alluding to advertising onlyfans or other such online content, while trying to disguise it as appropriate content, may also result in a ban.
- Brigading: Brigading and/or comment/post vote manipulation from other subs can get you banned.
- Emoji Spam: Too many emojis purposely clogging the page with unappealing visual aesthetics will be removed and could result in a ban. 5 emojis should be enough to portray your message. Note, some regular posters can earn the ability to use more than this.
- Comments: If you are going to comment on a r/nattyorjuice post where the juiciness or lack thereof is in question, you'll have to say something on the subject, instead of random semi-irrelevant words such as "would", "wood", "don't care", etc. At the minimum, we are going to require your proper anabolic analysis added. Failure to do so can result in ban hammer action without warning.
