- No Form-Checks or Critique Seeking: Don't post videos asking the subreddit to critique your form. Ask your coach, not the mass of random internet strangers here who often don't even train. This includes bag work, static techniques, and untrained people sparring with their buddies in back yards.
- Posting a video of you sparring at your gym or competing are totally fine, we just ask that you provide context around what you're showing. Likewise, demonstrations, or instructional clips are acceptable, but please provide context.
- Martial Arts are NOT Therapy: If the content of your post indicates that you need therapy more than you need training, know that nobody here is qualified to provide that to you. Posts which clearly demonstrate this dynamic will be removed.
- No Creepy Incel Bullshit: The "male loneliness epidemic" is about to get that much lonelier when we ban your maladjusted ass for being the kind of dude that makes women instinctively cover their drinks in the club or cross to the other side of the street when they see you.
