- Mark Posts NSFW When Appropriate: Regardless of gender, shirtless photos, underwear, swimsuit pictures, etc must all be labeled NSFW when posting. Outlines of genitalia through clothes and other graphic content such as severe injury must also be marked NSFW.
- Complete nudity is not allowed. Genitalia must be covered or censored completely.
- No Harassment / Don't Be a Creep: Harassment comes in various forms. Don't be a creep. Being a creep consists of suggesting OP post in a gonewild sub, saying what you'd like to do to OP, or generally venturing away from compliments and into pervy territory. Before complimenting OP make sure it's actually a compliment of their progress and not treating them like a sexual object. If you are harassed message the mods with a screenshot then escalate to the admins. NO asking op to dm you, NO asking location, phone numbers, etc
- No Politics / Stay On Topic: Stay on topic to the subreddit, the original post, the pictures, or the original poster's comments. Keep political debate to other subreddits regardless of your intention. Do not derail conversation.
- This subreddit is for discussion of healthy and sustainable weight loss methods. Posts that are rants bring negativity and often contain little to no helpful substance to our subreddit. Please those posts to r/offmychest or r/relationshipadvice.
- No Promotion of Diet Cash Pools/Requests for Money: Do not ask for users to participate in a cash-based diet website, such as dietbet.com. Do not ask for donations or link to a crowdfunding site such as GoFundMe. Do not attempt to sell items.
- No Self Promotion: Do not link to your own content for the purposes of generating views or traffic, as determined by the moderators based on the Reddit Self-Promotion Guidelines (https://www.reddit.com/wiki/selfpromotion) Posts, comments, and private messages promoting a product, service, or business are also prohibited. Links to discord servers posted outside of the Track with me Thursday thread will be met with a ban.
- No Surveys: Surveys are prohibited.
- SV/NSV, Progress, Milestone Posts Need Details: Solo posts about a victory, milestone, or progress must include details to help others achieve the same success. This is not a reflection of how "good" or "major" your achievement is, it is a reflection of the quality of the post.
- No Promoting or Encouraging Unhealthy Weight Loss Methods: Discussion of weight loss methods that are damaging to the body and/or require supervision of a medical professional are not allowed. This rule includes (but is not limited to): GLP-1s, VLCDs, misusing medication, extended fasting, disordered behaviour, inappropriate advice to underage members (counting calories, omad, fasting), etc.
- We are not a ED support subreddit and any ED related content will be removed, for further info, see the ED masterpost in the sidebar.
- No Accountability Partner Posts: Stand-alone posts searching for accountability partners will be removed. Please use our Track With Me Thursday reoccurring posts instead. Posts advertising accountability groups of any kind (including group chats/chat servers) will be met with a ban.
- No Standalone Weight Loss Medication Posts
- Standalone Weight Loss Medication Posts. This includes (but is not limited to) Ozempic, Mounjaro, Wegovy, Zepbound and Phentermine
- sharing names of medspas , online pharmacies, comparing prices, or other "how to"s on obtaining meds (other than "go see your doctor.")
