- Titles must be descriptive and directly related to the content: Titles should describe the content of the post. If you're going to claim facts/interesting as fuck stuff in the title the image/gif/video/article/content should show that claim in some way. Do **NOT** put anything in the title that isn't clearly visible in the content of your post.

- No porn or gore: Neither porn nor gore is interesting as fuck. Some nudity might be tolerated if it is correctly labeled as NSFW and if it isn't the main point of the content.

- No doxing/witch hunts or meta related posts: Personal information includes (but is not limited to) names not in the public domain.
- No linking to any social media account/content(even if the account is public) with the purpose of doxing or brigading.

- Provide a source when the title is in doubt: If you can't completely explain why the content of the post is IAF please comment with more explanation.
- If your post claims something that almost everyone can't easily confirm from reading your title and viewing your content please provide some type of proof of what you claim.
- No FCoO/flooding: False claims of ownership(FCoO), posting a picture that isn't yours but pretending like it is, will result in a ban.
- Flooding (more than three posts in a rolling twenty-four-hour window) will also result in a ban.
- No self-promotion: Content creators, that are also normal users, are only allowed to post content that is not connected to their own content. Anything more may result in temporary or permanent bans.
- Accounts that exist solely to advertise or promote will be banned, regardless of how or where the promotion itself occurs.

- Be civil: Inappropriate behavior or content will be removed and can result in a ban. This includes (but is not limited to) personal attacks, fighting words, or comments that insult or demean a specific user or group of users.

- Repost limitations: To keep our sub fresh and avoid having the same content constantly pop up we currently remove reposts of content that are currently on the front page of /r/Interestingasfuck.
- Additionally, we remove reposts of the top 25 content of this year, and the top 50 of all time.
- No gossip or tabloid-type material: This isn't the place for celebrity news, facts or general "TIL" type posts.
- No politics: There are plenty of other places on Reddit to discuss politics. This sub is for content that's interesting as fuck, not for debating policy, ideology, or governance. Be aware that this ban on politics can extend to historical events if it's likely that the topic will result in a discussion on politics.

- AI or AI-assisted content in any way. Violating this rule will result in a permanent ban.
