  2. Go to a medical professional for your injuries or history of injury: We are a subreddit full of freedivers, not doctors. Any questions regarding injuries or recovering from an injury will be removed.
  3. We are unable to provide medical advice and recommend you speak to a physician. When in doubt, seek immediate care from a local hospital's emergency department.
  4. We are unable to give recommendations on recoveries and unable to say whether freediving is safe for you. Always seek clearance from a medical professional to ensure you're fit to dive prior to diving.
  5. Do not recommend unsafe diving practices: This sub stands firm with the freediving community's stance on promoting safe diving practices. All content is expected to reflect those values.
  6. Do not downplay the risks of freediving, recommend diving alone, recommend unsafe diving locations, or provide advice on topics you do not have experience with.
  7. We recommend all individuals seek freediving courses with qualified and experienced instructors prior to freediving.
  8. Any content that breaks this rule will be removed.
  9. Respect marine life and their environment: We don't condone touching or disturbing marine life or influence their habitat negatively. This includes touching, feeding, moving, grabbing, or holding marine life and/or touching, moving, grabbing, or standing on reefs or wrecks.
