- Nofap/Semen Retention: Nofap/Semen Retention: Asceticism has a place in the energy work discussion, but the followers of nofap/semen retention tend towards the Andrew Tate school of misogyny. It turns an energetic practice into a competition and is full of gatekeepers. As such, any promotion of these practices will result in a ban.
