Subreddit Rules
  1. No spam: This includes posting promotional codes and/or referral links. If OP asks for either, please send in private messages only. This also includes swaps, funding campaigns, or items for sale. Use your local Facebook or Craigslist group.
  2. Further, please refrain from self-promotion or repeat promotion of a DD related YT channel or something else like that that makes you (or others) money.
  3. Lastly, please do not repost commonly posted content. This will clog the feed up.
  4. Do not post any customer's personal information: This includes ALL delivery addresses and names. Names alone are fine, as are maps without a name or address explicitly listed.
  5. Also prohibited: actual phone numbers of customers.
  6. Keep the criticism constructive: Constructive criticism and feedback of the DoorDash platform is encouraged, but keep it reasonably professional.
  7. Stay polite
  8. racism, sexism, vulgar content, or personal attacks on other users.
  9. No impersonation: Do not pretend you are someone with an official title, you'll be banned without warning.
  10. Do not post false information on purpose: Do not post false information on purpose.
  11. Further rule explanation can be found here: https://www.reddit.com/r/doordash/about/wiki/covidmisinformationspecifics
  12. Pro-Russian propaganda/trolling/misinformation will result in a perm-ban.
  13. Do not post content to publicly shame couriers (Dashers): Breaking this rule results in a ban.
  14. No off-topic posting: There are plenty of subreddits. Here we post about DoorDash. Keep it that way.
  15. Walmart Wednesday: Walmart posts shall be limited to 1 day per week, Wednesday’s.
  16. Earnings/tips Post: All posts about earnings, unicorns, and bad tips must only be posted on Sunday. Posts relating to monetary matters not posted on Sunday will be removed.
  17. Keep Political Content to a Minimum: We are a doordash subreddit, not a politcal sub. There are plenty of subs for that.
  18. To be clear, minimal political content is fine. DD is a political flashpoint right now, so some political stuff does relate and is good for conversation.
  19. However, stuff like "X politican is bad, or Y party is bad" is not suited for this sub. Take it elsewhere, but please don't spew it here.
  20. NOTE: Russian political misinformation will result in a perm-ban.
  21. Moderator discretion will be applied to the above.
  22. No Trolling: Pretty obvious rule.
  23. examples of trolling: “Get a different job” “Get your own food” “Go pick it up yourself” “Stop being lazy and get it yourself” “You don’t deserve food if you don’t tip”
  24. We can now look at every post removal and mod action for a user easily, making the policing of trolls easier.
  25. Trolling will result in a ban, and multiple instances lead to a permanent ban.
  26. Russian misinformation trolling is an automatic perm-ban.
  27. For all of the above, moderator discretion will apply.
  28. Do not use threatening language or encourage acts of violence: Never threaten another user on this subreddit and do not use language that encourage violent acts.
