Subreddit Rules
  1. Remain Civil/No Bigotry/No Inciting Drama: Stay civil and respectful towards your fellow human beings! Insulting, demeaning, harassing other members is not acceptable. You don't have to agree with each other but you do have to respect each other.
  2. Use of slurs, calls for or threats of violence, and bigotry are grounds for immediate ban.
  3. Being a disruptive presence on the sub is considered incivility, as is inciting drama, attempting to pick fights, or stirring shit.
  4. Subject to moderator discretion.
  5. No Unrelated Content: Content posted should be directly related to "Community" the TV show. Just because a meme template originated with Community does not mean it's relevant to the subreddit.
  6. AI content is not relevant. Please try to keep off-topic posts to a minimum! Cast posts should include two or more cast members interacting together. Other posts are not considered relevant. A cast member being in another piece of media does not make the post relevant.
  7. Subject to moderator discretion.
  8. No Repeat Topics - Check Before Posting: Do a search before posting a thread. If there are similar recent posts or it is a frequently discussed topic, it may be removed at moderator discretion. This includes humor posts.
  9. Additionally, some topics have already been discussed ad nauseum. If you are not bringing anything new to the table with your post, it may not be approved. See the wiki for more info.
  10. Remember to check pinned posts. Notable interviews or news releases will likely be pinned for increased visibility.
  11. Properly Title Your Threads: Give threads an appropriate title so people searching can find relevant content easily. If you have a question, ask it in the title if possible/practical. The title should provide as much info (i.e season and/or episode in question) as to a post's content as possible without having to click on it.
  12. Subject to moderator discretion.
  13. NSFW and Horny Posting are Prohibited: NSFW content is prohibited. Links to such content will be removed and users may be punished per moderator discretion.
  14. "Horny posting" is included under this rule at Moderator discretion and includes just posting random screenshots of Annie, especially when they're focused on her tits. Yes, we know what you're doing.
  15. It also includes posts about how attractive you find an actor/actress.
  16. Posts submitted with the NSFW tag may be removed immediately at moderator discretion.
  17. No Polls: You can ask questions, but to encourage more discussion in the subreddit, we have decided to not allow any polls when posting. This includes posts using the most upvoted comment to select which character, episode, plotline, etc meets a specific criteria. Whether or not a question is considered polling is subject to moderator discretion.
  18. No Politics: Posting of political or sensitive matters is not allowed. Subject to moderator discretion.
  19. The existence of LGBTQ+ folks is not political.
  20. And stop trying to post swastikas.
  21. Violations may be subject to immediate ban.
  22. Give Context for Articles and Interviews: When posting about articles and interviews, including posting screenshots of articles, please include a link to the article or interview, or a clip of the audio or video, so as to give sufficient context.
  23. Properly Flair your posts: Use the appropriate flair for your posts. Improperly flaired posts will be reflaired to an appropriate flair by mods.
  24. Be patient - Posts may take time to appear: All posts are held by the automod for approval, during which time it WILL show as removed, but is just pending approval at this time.
  25. Mods are not always able to approve posts right away, so you may have to wait for things to receive approval, especially during night-time hours in the US.
  26. Sending multiple modmail messages asking why your post was not approved is not going to get your post approved any faster.
  27. Do not message mods individually about why your post wasn't approved either.
  28. No bots or AI content: Bots and AI content are not permitted on the subreddit.
  29. If you have had posts removed for being a bot and believe you are not a bot, please send evidence of humanity to modmail.
  30. If you believe a post is AI, please send evidence to modmail. Accusing posts of being AI without proof or evidence violates
  31. 1 and will be handled per mod discretion.
  32. If your post was removed under this rule and is not AI, please send evidence demonstrating that it was created by a human to modmail.
  33. Movie Spoilers: Spoilers for the movie should be marked as such if it is within 8 weeks of release.
  34. Spoilers for the series DO NOT need to be marked. The show ended in 2015.
  35. All spoilered posts not relating specifically to the movie will be unspoilered, regardless of content. This includes posts of relating to things like daily puzzles and references in other series. Attempting to circumvent this will result in post removal.

  39. All other rules still apply with regards to selling things.
  40. Minimum Effort: Posts should show at least a modicum of effort. This means at least some level of discussion starter or explanation of what you are posting. For appreciation posts, explain what you appreciate about it. For fan theories, explain the theory at least a little. Fan works such as fan art, fan videos, or fan fiction are considered to have met the minimum effort threshold by default.
  41. Random screenshots with only a title do not meet this threshold.
