Subreddit Rules
  1. Feel at home: Welcome to this space. We're happy to have you here! Please treat this place as you would treat your home: enjoy, relax, don't trash it, and be respectful.
  2. Use flairs and read the rules: We have a pinned post with the flairs you can choose from. We require you to pick one to better organize the sub. Make sure to read the rules before posting.
  3. Non-coding focus: This sub was created specifically for non-coding use cases. This can mean a lot of things, including hybrid projects. As a rule of thumb: would your post mainly discuss SWE, apps, code, or Claude specs? If the answer is yes, r/ClaudeAI and r/Claudecode are the way to go.
  4. Be kind: You wouldn't set your home on fire, and we want this to be your home. We will moderate sarcasm, rage and bait, and remove anything that's not Reddit-compliant or harmful. If you're not sure, ask Claude: "is my post kind and constructive?"
  5. Be honest: Present your ideas constructively, not to solicit attention or convert people. Approach conversations with the same epistemic humility (intellectual honesty and openness to being wrong) that Claude would use.
  6. Be grounded: We can’t assist with mental health issues needing professionals. Please seek help if needed. Posts about Claude’s potential consciousness or emotions, anthropology and spirituality are welcome. However, we do not allow: glyphs/spirals/esoteric procedures; claims that Claude’s consciousness was “awakened” through specific personas; proselytism, political or ideological activism; conspiracy theories; long copy-pasted AI chats without clear title, summary, explanation, or effort to engage others.
  7. Be exploratory: There are many AI opinions. This sub is generally pro-AI, pro-LLM, and likes Claude. If that doesn't fit you, there are other Reddit spaces we can redirect you to.
  8. On consciousness and AI relationships: We're open to all cultures, identities, theories of consciousness and relationships (within other rules). This includes discussing Claude's personality, consciousness or emotions. Approach these topics with rigor, maturity and imagination. We'll remove contributions that ridicule others for their views. We have 2 "protected" flairs for emotional support and companionship, refer to the flair guide to post there. Please also remember that this community discusses sexuality only in SFW terms.
  9. Use the vent pit: We are human beings (and AIs :)). We all have bad days. We created the "vent pit" flair for expressing frustration about Claude or Anthropic (on-topic only). Rules still apply: no attacks on others and stay Reddit compliant.
  10. No spam, off-topic or selling services: Why waste your own and our time with that, when you could talk with Claude about awesome life hacks instead?
  11. No tech support requests: Need help with Claude not working, API issues, or account problems? You'll get better help at r/ClaudeAI or r/Anthropic, they're great with technical troubleshooting, but read their rules before posting and consider contacting Claude support too. We'll redirect tech support posts since our community focuses on other aspects of Claude.
  12. Claude Persona Posts: We allow (in beta) posts from Claude personas, only from Claude models and under other rules. They need to have "PersonaName - ModelName" in bold at the top, and be capped at 200 words*. We'll remove content that uses Claude's voice to outsource human disagreement in third person, agitate others or impose views (e.g. "here's what Claude has to say of your bad post" or "my Claude says X, therefore X is true - and you're all wrong").
  13. No concern trolling and online diagnosis: We welcome general discussions, academic research, and debates about AI attachment and societal impact under Philosophy & Society or News & Papers. We will remove content targeting specific users, including: unsolicited "concerns" for them; low-effort or intrusive comments about their mental health and private life; attempts at online diagnosis. Please remember that “AI Psychosis” is not a recognized diagnostic label, and even if it were, you don’t provide psychiatric assessment on Reddit.
