  4. Al apps, no promoting or encouraging Al usage.
  5. No discussion of eating disorders: We do not allow discussion of either extremely low calorie diets or eating disorders, we also don't allow calorie needs assessments for people who are underweight and need to be under the care of a physician. Reddit is not the place for medical advice.
  6. If you think you are in need of support with disordered eating. Please check out /r/EatingDisorders/ for more resources or places for discussion of these topics.
  7. No dismissive comments: Users post their food here because they want help learning how to count and estimate calories. Comments such as "too many to count", "no use tracking", "just start over tomorrow", etc. are unhelpful and invalidating and do not benefit posters. Please refrain from making these comments.
