Subreddit Rules
  1. Follow Redditquette: Reddiquette is the ideal of "Respect everyone and don't be a jerk.", this rule is very common sense and every user should be doing their best to follow it. Posts or comments that seek to directly harm another user/users will not be tolerated.
  2. No R-18 or NSFW Content: Battle Cats attracts a generally younger audience, and sexual/inappropriate content will be removed at discretion of the moderation team. If your post contains slight NSFW, ensure to use the NSFW function. Once again, the moderation team will decide what posts are or are not acceptable and will delete them accordingly.
  3. All post titles must include Flair Tags: Flair Tags are meant to help users filter out content they do not want to see. To ensure this, your post should contain one of the Flair Tags in the title of your post, such as [Discussion] or [Fan-Made]. Selecting a flair after you've posted is not sufficient. For more information, see [the wiki](https://www.reddit.com/r/battlecats/wiki/index).
  4. "Low Quality posts" will be deleted: A low quality post is a "shitpost", although there is no definitive example of what a low quality post is. Mods can delete anything deemed as a low quality post. Healthy discussion posts are fine and are not low quality posts.
  5. - Screenshots, videos/GIF of gacha rolls, storage, victory/defeat screens, loadouts, upgrade screens, the Cat Guide etc.
  6. - Simple images created on meme-generators websites or services.
  7. - Fanart of quality similar to [this](https://imgur.com/a/qGCiM5U)
  8. Questions and Celebrage posts will be removed: Simple questions asking for general game advice should be posted in the Weekly Battlecats Thread. This applies primarily to questions that are directed toward the OP, such as "**I** need help on x level", "How good is **my** general lineup" or "Should **I** roll here". Check the FAQ to see if there's already an answer to your question.
  9. If you want to ask for help with a specific level or unit, please ask in the pinned Weekly Battlecats Thread.
  10. If you want to celebrage, use the same thread.
  11. No Personal Content spamming: Spamming the subreddit with your content in a short period of time will get your post deleted. Any content creator should try to interact with the community. Use common sense before posting. [What is spam?](https://www.reddithelp.com/en/categories/rules-reporting/account-and-community-restrictions/what-constitutes-spam-am-i-spammer)
  12. No Selling on the Subreddit: Selling your account, for financial gain, is prohibited on this subreddit. Similarly, spending money for an account is also prohibited on this subreddit. The same applies to selling and buying services, such as modding someone’s account for money.
  13. Note that this rule doesn't cover giving away (or getting) an account for free.
  14. No Bandwagon Memes: If the subreddit sees a lot of meme posts with a similar format, subsequent memes with that format will be removed, until enough time has passed that that format will no longer be a bandwagon – usually a couple of days. (Unless it's a particularly high quality post, up to the moderators' discretion.)
  15. No Hacking or Seed Tracking discussion: Discussion about hacking or tracking the game using Game Guardian, godfat or similar applications will be removed. You may still acknowledge that you are hacking the game, but discussing or encouraging the exact methods should be conducted elsewhere.
  16. Discussion about tracking is allowed in the weekly thread, and that is the only place where it is acceptable to do so.
  17. Please also do not flex your account (rolls, catfood amount, etc.) if they were obtained by tracking or cheating regardless.
  18. Don't feed the trolls: A troll only wastes the time of everyone, as it is looking for attention at any cost. The correct way to dispose of the trolls is to interrupt the discussion with said trolls and report to the moderators, as giving attention to the trolls will not make them stop. The moderator team will, henceforth, remove any comment and post which gives attention to the trolls.
  19. Tierlists: Tierlists are restricted to Tuesdays (EST) only. Posting a tierlist on any other day will result in post removal.
  20. No Karma Farming: Self-explanatory. Posts made for the sole purpose of getting karma are annoying and repetitive. This includes mass cross-posting artwork from other platforms. Posting these every once in a while to bring attention to genuinely good artists is not a bad thing, doing this repeatedly, however, is annoying.
  21. Please note that we do not allow posts of artwork from artists of questionable backgrounds.
  22. CUSTOM FLAIRS: Custom flairs are not exempt from above rules. Please make sure your flair follows reddiquette.
  23. All requests for custom emojis should be directed to any member of the mod team
