If your question is about your Direct Access login credentials with a small credit union (or even big bank), then this isn’t the right place for it. If your question is about how to configure a report to exclude certain categories, or something along those lines, this is a perfect place! This is also a great place to share which Banktivity features you find most helpful with managing your finances.
- bug reports: Don’t submit bug reports here. Go to Banktivity and choose (from the main menu) Banktivity > Provide Feedback… to submit a bug report to IGG Software, or use their live chat/ticket system, www.iggsoftware.com/support
- in-depth technical support questions: Don’t submit in-depth technical support questions. For example, if you are having trouble logging in to a bank using Direct Access, that inquiry would be better sent directly to IGG Software.
