- No Low Effort Posts: What constitutes as a low effort post or low effort comment depends on a mod's discretion and includes, but is not limited to:
- Barely edited/low effort/inappropriate memes/edits;
- AI generated content;
- Random manga/anime screenshots which holds no discussion value;
- Questions easily answered with a quick top bar, wiki or sidebar search;
- Top 10 (or any number) Characters/Moments;
- Best character/ship/dynamic/trio etc;
- An easily spammable format like 'To you, x years ago'.
- How to share Artworks: Credit the original artist in the post title - even yourself if the artwork is created by you - AND provide a link to the original art post in the post body text or comments.
- Fanart (OC) : for original content - means the artwork is created by you. * Fanart (Non OC) : for content shared from other artists.
- weheartit.com, pinterest.com, zerochan.net, dailyanimeart.com, alphacoders.com, any website with "wallpaper" etc... are not valid sources.
- Check if the artist allows reposts.
- No Reposts: Reposts from **recent posts up to 6 months**, **top** or **common** reposts will be removed. This includes memes, questions, updates regarding the series, discussion threads, etc.
- Search before posting**: If you have a **question**, found a **new detail/foreshadowing**; want to know **opinions** on a certain topic, make sure to look it up on reddit or on google first. It is possible that it has been recently, or frequently, posted on the subreddit.
- No Advertising: * In order to keep our members safe from scams, we do not allow selling or promotion of merch, or any other product from unofficial or non-reliable sources, as we can not guarantee the sellers' credibility or the products' authenticity. Better safe than sorry.
- Self promotion is not allowed. If you want to link your external page, take permission from the mods first.
- Crossposting: You may only submit crossposts from r/ShingekiNoKyojin, r/okbuddyreiner, r/Anime, r/Manga or any other AOT character related subreddits if you give proper credit to the original.
- Piracy: We do not endorse sharing/requesting any pirate links to material from either the anime or manga. Support the mangaka with official purchase.
- No NSFW: NSFW posts are not allowed, but mild ecchi *may* be tolerated if given the NSFW tag.
- This includes fanart, cosplays, fanfiction or anything implied that way, especially if the characters depicted in them are underage at the time.
- Misinformation : When making claims about the author - Hajime Isayama; the anime staff or other individuals involved in the production, or the production process itself, **add a reliable (non-clickbait) source** in your submission, with context and without any alteration to the original statement. You are required to directly link to the source somewhere in your post or a separate comment, a screenshot is not sufficient.
