And while we're not a "Do-My-Homework" subreddit, we're definitely a "Please-Help-With-My-Homework" community, but be nice in pointing out the difference.
  2. Be Descriptive: Use English as our common language. Be as descriptive as possible in your posts. Info to include: which Arduino you’re using, a list of exact components, your code so far, what you’re trying to achieve, and what went wrong. A schematic of your circuit rather than a vague photo of a breadboard. The more info, the faster we can help. And, when you include complete working code that illustrates the problem, format it as a code block
  3. photos or screenshots of code (or errors) please - text only.
  4. Be Helpful: Low quality or off-topic posts or comments will be removed at the mods' discretion. So will memes, bots, reposts, stolen content, misinformation, politics, religion, etc. Bots will generally be banned on sight, and so will any shady, illegal, or otherwise unethical projects. Your deadline or other urgency for a solution is not our problem, so please leave them off your posts.
  5. Grow our Community: We're here for the r/arduino community. If your post isn't growing or supporting r/arduino, it may be removed. That means don't just post content to promote your own money-making external channel - if you link a video from a private channel, describe it properly and answer questions here in the sub, and don't delete your post once it's been answered. No "Do my project for me" requests: We are community for enthusiasts and hobbyists who want to share their amazing creations, tips, techniques and generally help people out - especially newbies who want to learn. We are not a "Hire a Programmer", "Do my homework" nor "Fix my AI gibberish" site. If you are wanting to learn, we welcome you - especially newbies. If you are simply wanting someone to do your project for you, try somewhere else. This is a DIY Hobby. Without the Y you're just asking someone to build something for you.
