- Treat everyone with courtesy and respect: People often post here when they're frustrated, so give them some grace. Personal attacks, name calling, and victim blaming aren't tolerated. This includes AA employees who may be reading. Comments that add nothing beyond criticizing OP's choices or taking shots at the airline will be removed.
- Questions/Help threads: Use the Question/Help flair when you need help with something. Comments in these threads must provide specific, actionable advice that OP can take moving forward to resolve their issue.
