- Win a Stupid Prize for Playing a Stupid Game: All videos should feature a human doing something that an outside observer would say “hey, that’s a bad idea” and then suffering the consequences. Videos must include the stupid game and the stupid prize.
- No Death, Gore, or Nudity: Posts in which the participant dies (during or after the video ends) or grievous injuries are not permitted. Posts with something drastic should be labeled NSFW and flaired it as “Injury” or it may be deleted. Posts with full-frontal nudity or showing genitals will be removed. Posts that show nudity of minors (under 18) will be reported to Reddit Admin for action.
- Format: All posts should be animated gifs and videos
- still images, screenshots of any kind, news links, compilation videos, edited videos, or memes.
- No Low-Effort or Low-Quality Posts
- Low-Effort or Low-Quality Posts Low effort posts will be removed. This includes heavily edited posts, posts without descriptive titles, clips with added music or sound effects and other low quality content.
- No Reposting
- reposts of anything within 3 months, or of anything on the Top 100 of all time.
- No Politics/Riots: Posts and comments that are primarily political in nature will be removed. This includes posts about protests and political riots. There are plenty of subs dedicated to political discussion, please direct these comments there. Political posts and comments risk a ban.
- Be Civil: All posts and comments must be civil, including replies to incivility. Personal attacks, racism, and bigotry of any kind are not allowed. Advocating violence is against site wide rules and will be removed. Severe uncivil behavior will be met with bans. Please report uncivil comments--replying with more incivility will also earn a ban.
- Mod Discretion: The moderators reserve the right to remove any post or comment at our discretion even if it does not break the above rules.
- Doesn't count as a Stupid Game: People intentionally playing a stupid game and winning a stupid prize does not count, nor do prank videos, skits, or dumb stuff by small children.
