Subreddit Rules
- Be Civil: Self-explanatory. Don't be a jerk.
- Trope guidelines: * Frequent reposting of the same threads (i.e.: "villains who meet a fitting/cowardly end") in a short period. * The trope can't be purely based on stuff in real life, it must involve some element of fiction (i.e.: examples of devastating war or brutal racism can include WW2/Holocaust, but must include fictional examples). * Fanon is subject to removal. This includes shipping, or any other material that is not officially canon to the media.
- All subjects must be listed: All posts must have a list of the buildings, characters, items, etc., in the main post. Failure to do so with result in the original post being deleted.
- It is also immensely helpful if you give a short description on why the subjects fit the proposed trope.
- Image quality: All images must be of good quality and not AI generated. These include image artefacts, poor cropping, etc.
- One official image must be included: At least one image featured in the OP must be from an official source.
- Additionally, any fan art must be credited to its original source where possible
- AI art allowed.
- Posts require multiple characters OR images: The opening post must feature either multiple pictures for your examples, or one picture with multiple examples. The former is preferred for sorting purposes.
- Label NSFW (PORN NOT ALLOWED): Any image showing non-pornographic nudity or gore (i.e.: a thread about vampires and they are covered in blood) must be tagged as NSFW.
- Any image that features any form of sexual intercourse or contact or is overly gory (outright detailed murders, decapitations, etc.) are not allowed.
- Regarding spoilers and/or leaks: Any images posted that can be considered a spoiler must be spoiler tagged to avoid ruining it for others. Even if it's very old, like Final Fantasy VII or Titanic. Failure to obey this will result in us spoiler tagging it for you and getting very sad.
- Leaks are generally not allowed, i.e.: if information is only known from a hacking incident.
- Datamined information is fine.
- 9. Post/comment must say who someone is and what they are from.: Any time you post a comment or opening post, it must specify who the person is and what they are from or why it applies to the thread. Do not say "well everyone should know" or avoid doing this.
