All factual information must have sources cited in these threads. You may not just generally criticize figures for their personality.
  4. Rants: * Complaints about a few matches, matchmaking, MMR, servers, or players * Posts about quitting the game * Directing the post to an individual/Hi-Rez.
  5. Constructive criticism with minimal effort put into it is allowed and encouraged. Bi-weekly rant threads will also be created in which this rule is suspended.
  6. Bugs and Technical Errors: Please use the Official Smite Discord or the HiRez Helpdesk instead of posting about bugs or technical issues on the subreddit. Issues include:
  7. Errors, bugs, glitches, or exploits (unless humorous or within a bug report megathread) * Account related issues (e.g. issues with purchases, issues logging in or recovering an account, issues with a banned account, etc.)
  8. Smite Relevancy: This is a subreddit for discussion about the video game Smite - tangentially related content may be removed per moderator discretion.
  9. Artistic interpretation of Gods in Smite from different medias is allowed, as long as the content hasn't been posted before
  10. God Concepts and Art Submissions: * Must be mythology related
  11. Abrahamic characters. Hi-Rez has stated they're never being added * Skin concepts must include artwork
  12. text descriptions
  13. AI. You may NOT find something you like and share it as a skin concept * You MUST give credit to the artist in the title of the post (watermarks are sufficient for artists)
  14. Self-Promotion and Spam: * Users may only promote something every 72 hours, including gameplay clips * Advertising private discord servers in posts is only permitted if approved through Modmail first, replying with a discord server when prompted is permitted * All promoted content should be Smite related
  15. Low Effort Posts and Common Issues: Posts on the Subreddit must adhere to a certain standard of quality and should encourage discussion. Examples for low effort posts include, but are not limited to:

Reposts * Shitposts * AI generated art * LFG/clan/scrims posts * Posts with vague titles * AMAs * Screencaps showing end game stat screens, high god mastery levels, or "funny" numbers * Pictures/videos taken with a phone * Rants about deserter penalties * PS4/5 cross-progression * Complaints about skin choices for crossovers
  17. Memes/Shitposts: * Users may post memes once per day, with several memes being added to an album within that single post * Memes which are just thinly veiled complaints are not allowed.
  18. Begging/Buying/Selling: * Creating posts to ask for/sell/buy content is strictly prohibited * Giveaways can not require any personal information or payments from a user, and the person posting them should not profit from them
