  7. advertising and no self promotion. This includes giveaways and promotional discounts. For charity events, please mod-mail us.
  8. If your name is the same as your product there is a good chance you will be permabanned.
  9. If you want to buy, trade, or sell Rowing gear, make a post on r/RowingTrades.
  10. AI-generated content may be considered spam and result in sanctions.
  11. No Regatta Results in Titles: Self-explanatory - we don't want spoilers.
  12. Please make your title descriptive: This means letting readers know roughly what your post will be about before they click. "Question" is not a good title for a post. Neither is "Help needed".
  13. Do not use excessive emoji characters in the titles of posts.
  14. No Personal Information of Others: AKA: "No doxxing." Displaying detailed personal information of anyone other than yourself is prohibited. Submission of content focused on ousting cheaters will be removed at the moderation team's discretion.
  15. Do not solicit or offer medical advice: This includes 'Has anyone else experienced this injury?' type posts.
  16. - Bodily Functions: Individual posts highlighting bodily functions such as bowel movements will be removed at discretion of the moderation team.
  17. "Don't be creepy" rule: Content that refers to or overtly sexualizes rowers may be removed at the discretion of the mods. Same goes for users.
  18. No impersonation: Don't post satire or derogatory posts posing as a member of crew that you don't belong to.
