Subreddit Rules
  1. Give more than you get: Don’t come to this sub ONLY to promote, get feedback on your new idea, participation in your project, etc. Our community views these posts as spam - so it's ONLY allowed from folks who are ACTIVE contributors to the community, and when posted in a way that gives value to our members (rather than just trying to sell us something). Same thing on posts that are just asking what would be helpful for agents - we get these posts all the time and they add no value to members.
  2. Be kind and courteous: Negativity is heavily moderated to keep this a positive environment. We're all working hard in this industry - let's treat each other with respect.
  3. Questions are just fine: All posts that help real estate professionals are welcome. No question is a bad question. We're all here to help each other get better. Real estate is a tough industry, and we were all new at some point. So, don't be afraid to ask for help! Keep all questions in the group though so everyone can benefit (no DM requests).
  4. Marketing/Vendor discussions are encouraged: Unlike other agent-focused subreddits, we err on the side of allowing content discussing vendors as long as it's not blatantly self-promotional. It's understood that as real estate professionals, often you have to spend money to be successful. Let's post helpful content that helps other real estate professionals succeed.
  5. New posts require some karma: In order to create a new post in the community, your account must have at least 10 or more post and/or comment karma. This is to help us combat spam.
  6. No spam: Posting listings is prohibited. This group is meant for agents to share their knowledge and expertise - not for spamming your listing to our nationwide group. Please don't post - your listings/ LOCAL events, your candle MLM (or whatever), your videos used to attract buyers/sellers (wrong audience)
