- This Is A Therapeutic Community : This is a Therapeutic Community where anyone at anytime can come and know they will be uplifted and encouraged with appropriate testimony from experienced TI's. Negatively charged posts and comments being presented as objective certainty that are not based on facts, evidence, and observation serve as triggers for others and lead to confusion, anxiety and fear. We share our experience, strength and hope, not add to the conflict already occurring in one's mind.

- aggressive or detailed questioning of another community members advice. Give healthy, realistic suggestions and do not make unhealthy accusations that belittle another person's opinion. We're not here to make eachother feel inferior or ourselves superior by degrading another human actively trying to help.

- Less Technology, More Psychology : Myself and other experienced TI's can attest to the fact that debates over the perps and their technology yield less benefits than discussions about psychology and therapy. Please keep the technology dialogue at a bare minimum and orient the discussions around how to best mentally master this ordeal. This approach has experientially proven to produce a higher quality of life and success rate than anything else.
- No Suggestively Harmful/Destructive Material: Any post or comment that persuades a reader to cause emotional, psychological or physical harm to another person or themselves will be immediately removed. Any post or comment that suggests a reader should partake in destruction of property will be immediately removed. NO pictures of wounds, injuries or weaponry.
- Labeling is Negating: Please refrain from diagnosing other community members as having a mental illness or asking if what someone is experiencing is mental illness. We're all dealing with a lot of unknowns and none of us are in a position to diagnose another or question another person's beliefs. Labeling is negating.
- Leave Others Out Of This: The thinking that our family, friends, neighbors or complete strangers are somehow to blame for our experience is a very deceptive, beginning stage bait layer that is not promoted in this community. Any post or comment that suggests others are consiously aware and are the cause of our persecution will be removed.
