- Advertsing & Selling Out: Profiting of any paid service by directly or indirectly (through ones profile) plugging yourself to any degree at all is strictly forbidden. This includes e.g. one-on-one mentoring, how-to courses and selling excercising gear.
- Please report anyone peddling their business!
- NSFW/NSFL: We do not allow nudity or any sexual(ized) content. This includes hosting such content on your profile (including redirects to Instagram, OnlyFans etc.).
- Graphic medical content is permitted only if it is relevant and uniquely educational. Poster has to mark it as NSFW.
