- Posts must include guys: It's not about not liking our ladies, nor is it sexist, it's just the theme of the sub. There are other subs you can share your content to if it doesn't include dudes. At least a part of the dude has to be visible in the frame though your post may still be removed if it doesn’t meet other requirements.
- Respect others and be civil
- harassment, hate speech, racism, sexism, or toxic behavior. Treat all contributors and members with kindness.
- No participation in Hate Groups: If you are found to be participating in a hate group (i.e. hate against minorities, hate against jews, hate against lgbtq, hate against reddit, hate against mods), bullying, subs that objectify or promote violence/hate against women; you will be permanently banned.
- Do not be rude/harmful towards women: Guys being dudes does not include being mean to women. Dudes respect the women in their life and so any rude posts or comments that make fun of or harass women will be removed and met with a temporary ban.
- No Sexualization of Minors: Any content that sexualizes a minor is a serious issue and will not be tolerated. Offenses result in an immediate permanent ban.
- Scripted Content = Mod Discretion : Scripted content is subject to moderator discretion.
- While we often don't allow any posts to contain scripted content (This includes skits, obviously fake videos, videos containing acting and TikToks) some content that falls into this category absolutely fits the sub.
- Any scripted content that gets removed will result in a 3 day ban.
- No AI generated content: AI generated content doesn't constitute guys being dudes. Breaking this rule will result in a temporary ban (7 days) and any repeat offences will result in a permanent ban.
- No NSFW Content : We are a SFW community. Do not post NSFW content here. Repeated attempts to post NSFW content will result in a permanent ban.
- Don't repost: Don’t spam the subreddit. If you want to post a post that has already been posted, please wait at least 3 months after the last instance of that post.
- A reminder, crossposts are not reposts, if you saw a video on another sub then do not report it (unless of course it's less than 3 months old)
- Politics are not allowed under any circumstances: We do not want this to turn into a cesspool of politics and drama. Any politics content will be removed. Users participating in political discussions may be subject to bans.
- No ragebait/clickbait videos: There are plenty of videos that exist only to make you rage or get angry purely in the hopes that you will interact with the content in some way. Don’t fall victim to this strategy, just calm down and scroll on. We will not be allowing any of these kinds of videos on the subreddit and if you see a post that feels baity, report it.
- Use Reddit to host videos: Please post videos on Reddit. No links to videos on other apps or websites. Thank you.
- No advertising: Poly market ads are the reason this rule exists but no advertising is allowed and no videos purpose can be primarily advertising.
- Mod discretion: Mods reserve the right to remove content or ban users for any reason to keep the subreddit consistent with its basic values and to protect all users.
