- This includes, but is not limited to: * Performance enhancers like steroids, SARMs, or HGH * GLP-1 medications such as Ozempic, Wegovy, or Mounjaro * Procedures like gastric bypass, sleeve surgery, or liposuction

- Post Frequency: Members can post only once every 30 days unless specifically asked by the moderators to repost. This rule ensures diverse content and fair exposure for all members.
