Subreddit Rules
- Don't be disrespectful.: Don't be rude to other members or mods on the subreddit. Everyone's just here to have a nice time. If a mod removed your post/comment, it was for a reason.
- (Of course any form of racism, homophobia, transphobia and similar things are not tolerated.)
- No NSFW.: Content featuring suggestive depictions of adults, including exaggerated features or implications of sexual suggestiveness, is strictly prohibited. This includes softcore material or anything similar. Violations will result in the removal of the post. Remember that FPE's fanbase is largely on the younger side. Additionally, If the title of a post or body text contains NSFW language, it will be removed.
- Tag spoilers.: Tag show spoilers appropriately. We don't want to ruin new fans' experiences of the series (this will be enforced more heavily once more episodes come out).
- Posts containing unmarked spoilers will be marked with the spoiler flair by a mod.
- a. If the title contains spoilers the post will be removed.
- Posts must be on topic.: Posts should be relevant to the topic of the show. Don't post things that don't have to do with FPE.
- note that even posts where you promote your subreddits/discord servers are off topic it doesn't matter if those are linked to fpe
- Introduction posts are allowed.
- No Spam/Low Effort: Content that is shown to have little effort put into, is frequently posted, C.AI posts, or a repost of a pre-existing image without change will be deleted. There are some types of posts that are allowed during GMT Timezone Sunday.
- For examples of frequently posted content & more informations, see our Banned Post List: http://www.reddit.com/r/FundamentalPaperEdu/w/ban
- (Note: Discussion/Question posts should atleast have a full sentence in title.)
- Credit artwork.: When posting art that is not your own, make sure that the original artist's handle is clearly shown in the image and/or included in the text/title or body text of your post.
- a. Do not claim art that you didn't create as your own.
- b. Credit must include the artist name. If you’re unsure who the artist is, reverse image search the art or just don’t post it.
- c. Refrain from impersonating another user and claim you created that art.
- NOTE: posting Edgyverse’s art isn’t allowed whatsoever.
- No Callout posts.: Posts that solely serve the purpose of talking about / "exposing" another user's problematic behavior will be removed, as these posts only work to spread drama.
- Instead, you should use the report system or modmail, which is more likely to get the problem noticed and doesn't clog up the feed.
- Regarding Gore:: Normally, some gore is accepted without the need for any tag (NSFW/spoiler). However, if something is present, a spoiler and NSFW (possibly both) tag is required. Examples: gore that aims to be realistic (since FPE has more stylized gore), realistic cuts, red blood, exaggerated gore, and other things along these lines.
- "Accepted" gore: like the one from the original BIB. So, either paper style (aka black and white organs like in animation) or black/ink blood
- (RL gore = delited post + ban ofc)
- Proships: As a fandom of a popular series, we do not want drawings of proships.
- Proships include: Underage characters, Inc*st, Abusive, And Zoophilic.
- We also don't want overly inappropriate interactions, I am sure you can be the judge of if your art is inappropriate.
- Underaged characters can ONLY be with other underaged characters, and actions must be within common affection (as in hugging or holding hands).
- Follow Reddit's TOS: When interacting on any community on Reddit, it is crucial to follow the site's TOS.
- Moderator's Discretion: Moderators may use their judgment to interpret and enforce the rules in the best interest of the community. Situations not explicitly covered by the rules may still be addressed if they are deemed harmful to the spirit of the subreddit.
- No posts with very serious vents.: Any vent posts that are deemed to have too heavy topics will be deleted in order to make the experience within this subreddit more enjoyable, along with protecting the OP from oversharing.
- While we're worried our members troubles, help is available privately.
- No negative discussions surronding ships.: Talking badly about a ship for any reason (ex: "it doesn't make sense") is not completely allowed but can still be posted, however it can cause pointless arguments between users that could become problematic. And for that: if a moderator notices that there are too many posts of this kind during the week that moderator has the rights to delete said post (re-read rule11).
- But if said ship that is discussed is in every way and point of view a pro-ship (problematic ship) then this doesn't apply.*
