- No Politics or Political Statements: While we moderators may or may not agree with any political statement, we are firm in that those statements belong elsewhere. Politics are verboten here at FU. There are plenty of other sub Reddits that are specifically politics oriented.
- Our group is made up of folks from all over the world, many of whom have no interest whatsoever in discussing it. FU is a happy place where we can enjoy life without the external BS.
- No AI Images: AI images are consider low effort. We would much rather have a post that’s meaningful than one that’s an AI image.
- No Fake News Posting : This falls under the groups rule “Truth be told” segment this is not real and is being removed.
- Tone of r/FuckeryUniveristy: The tone of FU, based on the original founders own story, was a place to write personal stories about their funny/off/unique/knowledgable stories. Originally our found wanted to write stories on r/MilitaryStories but was constricted to their rules. This is a place where you can write your stories, with in reason and constraining to our other civility rules.
