These will be removed at moderator discretion. Recommendations and discussions should be evidence-based, preferably from peer-reviewed studies.
- Self-promotion limits: Posts to content that you have created outside of this subreddit are limited to once per week, regardless of the hosting platform. Excess posts will be removed. Multiple topics are allowed to be covered as a weekly digest when linking off-site. Absolutely no referral links, please.
