- 6 - Threads regarding new EA advice belong in the weekly megathread: We know some users don't love a megathread, but with the amount of new EA's looking for advice on their aspiring career we need to contain convos in these threads that will be posted weekly. Standalone posts will be removed.
- 7 - No Bots: Bots will be removed when reported.
- 8 - Job Postings MUST include salary info: If you are posting a role for the community to consider, please ensure you include pay information in the posting. Any posts for jobs that do not include comp will be deleted.
- 9 - No Job-Seeking Posts: This community is intended for discussion, support, and advice related to the Executive Assistant profession. Posts asking for a job, or advertising your availability are not allowed. These types of posts will be removed. Please use appropriate job boards or networking platforms for job-seeking purposes.
- 10. All posts asking for advice must include location in the title: For Example: "Looking for Salary Advice [New York City, USA]" or "Event Booking help [Toronto, Canada]"
- No “Tool Research” Posts: Posts asking for recommendations on tools, software, or systems intended to replace or replicate the role of an Executive Assistant are not allowed.
- This community exists to support and elevate the work of EAs—not to serve as a free research resource for individuals or organizations looking to automate or eliminate the role.
- General discussions about tools that support Executive Assistants in their work are welcome. However, posts focused on replacing the EA function will be removed.
