- Do not come here to fix your Anthropic account problem: Community replies to individual account issues have often caused confusion. We have no way of fixing the problem with your account and Anthropic does not respond to account help requests on this subreddit. Try their normal support channels. If you believe you were incorrectly charged, talk to your bank about a chargeback.
