Subreddit Rules
- Moderator discretion: If you believe this needs attention for reasons outside the rules, please report it
- Be kind to one another: Trying to get your health under control is already hard enough, we don't others trying to bring us down. Keep everything light hearted and with the best intentions.
- No pro-ED content: Encouraging or promoting eating disorders, or ED adjacent behaviors, is strictly prohibited. Any such posts, especially from minors, will result in an immediate ban. These behaviors include (but not limited to) low calorie intake, binging, purging, over exercising, chew/spit, OTC/prescription med abuse.
- No ED Warning Signs: Similarly to no pro-ED content, warning signs of ED will also be removed. This includes hyper low calorie counting, pictures of menus asking for the lowest calorie option, exact weights of every single ingredient and still questioning the calorie count.
- No "don't count" comments: This includes "don't count, just enjoy!" and "don't bother counting, it's too many calories". People are here to count, help them out! Telling people not to count is against the entire purpose of the sub.
- No **rudely** criticizing food: Steaks can be well done, sushi can be deep fried, people can eat caloric heavy meals/snacks. Any food of any kind shouldn't have a comment section full of people hating on their food choices. Banter is okay, but it must be in light hearted fun AND ALSO must have a calorie estimate in it
- No school meals: Please focus on your education. University meals with adequate proof are exempt.
- No easily researchable foods: Many restaurants have nutrition information easily found on their website. This rule also includes posts that have exact weights of every individual ingredient.
- No use of AI: AI is notoriously bad at estimating. If people wish to use AI to help them estimate, they would do so on their own time. This sub is for human being to interact with human beings
- AI posts, no AI estimates, no AI apps.
