Subreddit Rules
  1. Respect Others – No Harassment, Racism, or Discrimination: This is a global subreddit. Avoid racist, xenophobic, or culturally insensitive remarks
  2. harassment, abuse, threats, or doxxing. Respect boundaries if someone asks you not to DM them, stop.
  3. Disagree Respectfully – Explain Your Reasoning: Low-effort disagreements (e.g., “no, you're wrong”) will be removed. If you disagree with a post that cites evidence or makes a detailed point, respond with logic or counter-evidence.
  4. Illegal Activity or Sourcing : You may discuss controlled or illegal substances in a personal, theoretical, or educational context. Do not promote, source, or encourage illegal behavior.
  5. No Censorship on Fitness Topics: All topics related to fitness, including controversial ones like anabolics, biohacking, and unconventional approaches are allowed. Open, uncensored discussion is encouraged.
  6. No Spam or Low-Effort Self-Promotion: Self-promotion is allowed if it adds genuine value. Repetitive, misleading, or purely commercial content will be removed.
  7. No Witch-Hunting or Callouts: Don’t target individual Reddit users. Don’t post callouts, dogpiles, or name-and-shame content. Take personal issues to DMs or report through Reddit.
  8. Use of AI (e.g., ChatGPT) is Allowed: You can use AI tools (like ChatGPT) to improve grammar, flow, and formatting. Posts written with AI are welcome as long as they are clear and respectful and provide evidence for the unusual claims.
  9. Someone’s English skills do not reflect their intelligence or the quality of their ideas. Focus on what they’re saying, not how perfectly it’s written. (this is where AI can help a lot)
  10. Back Up Unusual Claims with Evidence: If you make claims that go against mainstream understanding or common practice, you must provide credible sources (studies, expert data, etc.). Posts without evidence may be removed.
  11. Debate the Ideas — Not the Person or the Tool: Focus on the content of a post, not who wrote it or how it was written. It doesn’t matter if the author is an experienced coach, a beginner, or used AI like ChatGPT, good arguments stand on their own.
  12. Respect Beginners (Flair): Making fun of, mocking, or posting sarcastic, demotivating, or insulting comments, users with the Beginner flair will result in removal of the comment.
  13. Remember: Beginners are in the toughest phase of their journey. They’re often confused, vulnerable, and surrounded by people discouraging them from making positive changes. In this sub, the beginner is the most important person. Treat them with respect, patience, and encouragement.
  14. Steroid Accusation Not Allowed: If someone is posting their photo, you cannot accuse them for steroid use mostly because you cannot prove without lab test so it's pointless and doesn't lead discussion anywhere. Using steroid is a personal choice whether you agree with it or not.
  15. Steroid use speculation is allowed in case of celebrities and other public figures, not on average joe posting pics here.
  16. Photos Must Follow Rule: 1. Pants must not drop below waist line
  17. 2. Only Bodybuilding Poses Allowed
  18. 3. Post some details about photo if possible include a before pic.
  19. 4. You can only post 1 photo per week. You can posts off products, food etc... on which there is no limit.
  20. NSFW. Does not matter if it's workout related or not; do not post something most would be uncomfortable seeing while at work aka NSFW content.
  21. 6. This is not a physique rating subreddit. Do not ask for ratings.
